Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handling in the MustSleep iOS app and this product website. MustSleep is provided by Shenzhen Sui'an Technology Co., Ltd For privacy questions, contact support@diduai.top.
1. No MustSleep account
The app does not require a MustSleep account or a registration process that asks for your name, phone number, or email address. Premium purchases and restoration use your Apple Account through Apple's purchase interface.
2. Information processed on your device
To run plans and show statistics, the app stores the following locally:
- Plan names and identifiers, start and end times, repeat days, enabled status, blocking scope, and Hard Mode preferences.
- System-provided tokens for the apps, categories, or websites you select with Apple's picker, used to apply blocking rules.
- Blocking session start and end times, associated plans and completion records, and daily totals of shield presentations.
- Language and restriction settings, onboarding completion, and authorization status.
The calendar and statistics are based on blocking sessions and shield events. They are not sensor-measured sleep data or a complete history of app use or web browsing. The current version does not read Apple Health data.
3. Screen Time authorization and extensions
MustSleep uses Apple's FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks to apply the restrictions you choose. Screen Time authorization enables its core blocking functionality. You can manage this authorization in system settings; blocking cannot operate normally after authorization is revoked.
The main app and its bundled extensions exchange plan configuration, selection tokens, blocking status, and language preferences through App Group storage on the same device. This supports scheduling and record updates and is not a transfer to a developer-operated server.
4. Notifications
Notification permission is optional. When allowed, the app schedules local bedtime and wake-up reminders and prompts to return to MustSleep from a shield. Plan reminders may include a plan name; lock-screen visibility and sounds are controlled by notification settings. Turning off notifications does not revoke Screen Time authorization, so blocking can still be used.
5. Purchases and Apple services
The app uses Apple StoreKit to load product information, make and restore purchases, and read verified subscription entitlements to enable Premium features. The app does not receive payment card details or process payments itself. Apple handles information relating to Apple Accounts, transactions, subscriptions, and App Store services under its own policies.
Apple may also provide developers with transaction reports or aggregate analytics, depending on its services and your sharing settings. See Apple's App Store & Privacy notice. These Apple services are separate from the plans and blocking records stored locally by the app.
6. Uploads, analytics, and diagnostics
The current app has no feature that uploads the plans, blocking selections, or history described above to a developer-operated server. It has no developer cloud-sync service and includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.
Some operational status and errors are written to device diagnostic logs and may involve plan names, plan identifiers, or operation errors. The app has no built-in diagnostic-log upload service. System diagnostic data is managed by iOS and your system settings.
7. Retention and deletion
Plans and history remain in the app's local storage; the current version does not automatically expire historical records. Deleting a plan removes its blocking selection but preserves existing historical statistics. “Reset Settings” resets restriction settings; it does not erase plans or history.
You can remove app-local data by deleting the app through iOS. If app removal is restricted, see the app removal instructions. Device backups and retained or restored data are controlled by iOS, Apple services, and your device settings. The app itself does not implement cloud sync. Deleting the app is not a substitute for managing your Apple subscription.
8. Website visits and support
This product website serves static product, support, and policy pages. It has no website accounts, online forms, or analytics-tracking scripts. Hosting and network infrastructure may process network metadata needed to serve pages, such as IP addresses, request paths, and request times. External services, including Apple pages, have their own policies.
If you email support, email services process the address and message content you provide so your request can be received and answered. Share only information needed to resolve the issue; do not send Apple Account passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
9. Updates and contact
This page and its update date will be revised when the app's or website's information handling changes. For policy or data-handling questions, contact Shenzhen Sui'an Technology Co., Ltd at support@diduai.top.
